Forgot Password?

If you forgot your password, you can have the system e-mail you a new temporary one.

 

Note: This feature will not work if you are locked out of your account or have not previously established a security question and answer. You will need to contact the Bright Futures Help Desk for assistance.

 

To request a password reset

  1. On the System Login page, click Forgot password? Picture

 

  1. Enter your information while making sure to do the item listed below, and then click Continue. Picture

 

    1. Enter your e-mail address with all lowercase letters.

 

  1. Answer your security question, and then click Continue. Picture

 

  1. The system will e-mail a temporary password. Please check your spam/junk folders for the e-mail.
