Forgot Password?
If you forgot your password, you can have the system e-mail you a new temporary one.
Note: This feature will not work if you are locked out of your account or have not previously established a security question and answer. You will need to contact the Bright Futures Help Desk for assistance. |
To request a password reset
- On the System Login page, click Forgot password? Picture
- Enter your information while making sure to do the item listed below, and then click Continue. Picture

Enter your e-mail address with all lowercase letters.
- Answer your security question, and then click Continue. Picture
- The system will e-mail a temporary password. Please check your spam/junk folders for the e-mail.
