Term	Definition
Sponsor	The name of the organization, or individual providing the course.
Course Title	The title of the course.
Region	The region in which the sponsor covers. Could be statewide or a specific county.
Hours	The total length of the course.
Hour Type	There are two types: clock hours, and credit hours.
Status	There are two statues: Active: This course is currently being offered. Inactive: This course is no longer being offered.
Description	Detailed description about the course, and what it entails.
Articulation	This is not currently being used.

Status	Definition
Session Date	Start date of the course.
Session Completion Date	End date of the course. The course could be multiple days.
Start Time	The time the course will begin.
Contact Name	The individual, or the organization to contact to registered, and/or get additional information.
Contact Phone	The phone number of the individual, or the organization to contact to register and/or to get additional information.
Cost	The total cost of the course.
Scholarship	States whether there is scholarship availability.
Funding	This function is rarely used, however it indicates whether outside funding is being used to offer the course.
Location	The town/city in which the course is being held.
Notes	Could contain information about the presenter, how to register, or important additional information.
