Retrieve Saved Application

If you save your Child Care Financial Assistance Program (CCFAP) application, you can retrieve it up to 45 days after. If you forget your Request ID number you will need to restart the application from the beginning. We will not be able to retrieve it for you.

 

To retrieve a saved application

1. Click the Child Care Benefits tab at the top of the page.

 

2. Click Retrieve Saved Application.

 

3. Enter the Contact Phone number you used on the application.

 

4. Enter your Date of Birth.

 

5. Enter the Request ID number, and click Submit.

 

6. The first page of the application appears. Click the Next button at the bottom of the page to get to where you left off.
