Complaint - View Status of a Complaint

This function allows you to view the status of your previously submitted complaint.

 

To view the status of a complaint

  1. Click the Contact tab at the top of the page. Picture

 

  1. Click Complaint - View Status of a Complaint. Picture

 

  1. Enter your Assigned Complaint No., and click Submit. Picture

 

  1. The status of your complaint displays. Picture
